MILLINGTON, Tenn., Feb.15, 2024 – For an unprecedented twenty-second consecutive year, the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) has awarded Indmar Marine Engines with a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) award for excellence in customer satisfaction. “We contribute our back-to-back wins to the fact that we prioritize providing the tools and training necessary to support our dealers who are on the front lines servicing our customers, explained Tim Maher, President of Indmar Marine Engines. “I would like to applaud our customer service team and Indmar University for always going above and beyond to support our dealer network of over 1,600 dealer showrooms and service centers.”
Indmar personally trains and certifies each of their authorized service technicians via Zoom and advanced hands-on training. Dealers are required to send their service technicians to the mandatory training in order to receive their certification.

The Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) study, now in its twenty-second year. The program honors manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. Indmar has achieved and maintained an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past twenty-two years, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new engine.
