Indmar and Roush celebrate 5 year partnership
MILLINGTON, TENN. FEBRUARY 13, 2020 – Truck enthusiasts, boat enthusiasts and even sport car buffs are in for a roaring good time when the custom designed ROUSH F-150 SC rumbles into the Miami International Boat Show to take it’s place beside Indmar Marine Engines beastly line-up.
In 2015, during the Miami International Boat Show, Indmar introduced ROUSH Performance supercharging technology to the marine industry. This year’s show marks the 5th Anniversary since the launch of the award-winning ROUSHcharged Raptor by Indmar. To celebrate, the two companies collaborated to treat fans with a jaw dropping custom designed and retrofitted specialty events vehicle that is sure to make the hearts of Indmar and ROUSH fans beat a bit faster.
The iconic ROUSH F-150 SC special events vehicle embraces a bold design and the vibrant lifestyle of boating and truck enthusiasts. But it’s not all show. The potent combination of Ford’s 5.0L Ti-VCT and the ROUSH TVS R2650 supercharger packs a total output of 650 horsepower and 610 lb-ft of torque, more than enough to handle cross-country trips, high-energy trail riding or towing your boat. The truck is based on Ford’s F-150 XLT Super Crew, yet appears as if it’s on steroids thanks to ROUSH’s Fox 2.0 Performance Series Suspension System and numerous equipment upgrades.
