What's more stunning than the performance of this 5.7L?  The fact that Indmar's Engineering team was able to increase the horse power and low end torque while achieving an even better fuel efficiency than it's predecessor.

Each Indmar SaltWater Series inboard and its associated parts receive an advanced electro-coated dip (E-coat) process that provides complete protection against corrosion. E-coat completely covers both external and internal surfaces, creating a permanent paint to metal bond. And unlike paint and powder coat used by some competitors E-coat will not peel, will not crack and corrosion will not permeate it.

Indmar SaltWater Series cooling systems are completely closed loop systems. That means salt water will never enter the engine system or the exhaust manifolds.

Indmar's coolimg systems use only propylene-glycol/water coolant driven through a corrosion resistant engine circulating pump.  Coolant tanks are easily accessible for filling and sacrificial anodes are featured for extended life. Indmar confidently backs each SaltWater Series engine with the same three-year limited warranty.

Every Indmar Marine Engine is backed with an official 3 Year Factory Limited Warranty.   The Limited Warranty is administered by Indmar Marine Products, inc. to ensure that covered repairs are performed by Indmar-trained technicians using only genuine Indmar replacement parts. 

Since this is an Indmar-backed program, you will not have to wait for a third party adjustor to decide whether your repair is covered.  You local Authorized Indmar Dealer can make most determinations immediately.  At Indmar, service matters!  Our goal is to get you back on the water as quickly as possible in the unlikely event that a problem was to arise. The relationship an owner has with his or her local dealer is integral to the success of Indmar Marine Engines.  That’s why we personally train and certify each of our authorized technicians.
