Customer service is equally important as building the world's finest inboards. That's our policy. From OEM boat builders to dealers and consumers, it is our mission to provide customer satisfaction.

Indmar customer service starts even before an engine is shipped. At the final quality control check every engine is started and calibrated to perfect tune. The resulting profile data is recorded in a computer file that is maintained for the life of that engine.

Our customer service department is totally computerized. Service representatives can access pertinent information on everything from warranty claims to general how-to questions on maintenance procedures. Everyone in Indmar Customer Service is highly trained and knowledgeable of Indmar products, parts and policies.

At the dealer level, we provide dealer technicians with first-class service training because up-to-date service training is an absolute must as inboard technology continues to move forward at such a rapid rate.

At Indmar U, there is a 50-person classroom facility complete with AV resources, the latest tools and diagnostic equipment as well as access to four service dynos for hands-on work. Techs-in-training also have field trips for on-the-water trouble shooting sessions.

Because boat owners demand and deserve fast turn-around on repairs and maintenance, we offer extensive support materials to Indmar Certified Service Centers.
