Visit Indmar's headquarters and you'll discover a 112,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility devoted exclusively to manufacturing the worlds' finest gasoline powered inboard marine engines.

Built in 1988, and expanded in 2001, this multi-million-dollar facility features advanced automation technology using computerized machining stations adapted from the aerospace industry. Indmar leads the industry in inboard manufacturing methods and quality control.

Each step on the automated overhead and inverted monorail assembly line has a quality control check and cross check. Quality is assured throughout the manufacturing process.

The recently completed expansion area is dedicated to engineering, R&D and service training. The new facilities include a 50-seat training classroom known as Indmar U. There are three service "dynos" and new offices for the expanding Indmar R&D team. In addition the state-of-the-art Emission Laboratory for marine inboard power (first of its kind for privately held company) includes two computerized "dyno" cells for hardware development and software calibration. The cells give Indmar engineers complete control over prototyping plus the ability to immediately test and tune new components.

You will find that there's more to Indmar quality than efficient, precision machinery. There's the pride of our employees. We have a seasoned work force, with many people averaging more than 10 years of employment with us.

Blending high-tech manufacturing techniques with old-fashioned craftsmanship brings out the best of both worlds. The result is that Indmar inboard engines consistently deliver superior quality, performance and durability.

Indmar inboards... built for the long run.
